Warringah Mall Toastmasters is a community based public speaking group who meet twice a month at Warringah Mall Library to practice their public speaking skills through activities and speeches to get the confidence and skills to talk to people in large or small groups.

Communication is a key component to any job or even day to day activities. Sometimes we find when talking to family or friends we could blabber on for hours and hours unnoticeably, but when forced to stand in front of an audience and talk, it can be quite a terrifying challenge.

Attending toastmasters is a great way to build your confidence when talking to people or at public or private events in front of large crowds. How many times have we walked into a job interview and felt extremely nervous or uncomfortable and when being asked questions we tend to stutter or use words like 'um' or 'ah' to fill in the gaps. Toastmasters will help you over come these habits and help you gain self-esteem in these situations.
